SOM (Service Oriented Management)

Service Oriented Management, the abbreviation SOM is used. Processes or activities (any) in the organization are managed on the service basis. The management is based on key performance indicators assigned to services and assessed by the customer.

To manage the entire organization on the service basis is used the concept of Service Oriented Enterprise Management.
