Values and norms (sometimes moral values and norms) is a term used to describe the basic pillars of the organizational culture. These are unwritten rules and principles of behavior - some level of awareness of corporate culture. These are facts that are in the organization and considered relevant and important.
Use of the values and norms in practice: Values and norms as unwritten rules are for behavior very important in the organization. Sometimes the term shared values is used to describe those values that are accepted and respected by most workers. Values and standards are identified with an organizational culture (in the narrower sense).
Own specific values and norms may have a different social groups, work groups and work teams.
