Top-Down and Bottom-Up Planning is a bidirectional planning. It is a combination of approaches Top-Down and Bottom-Up.

Top-Down and Bottom-Up Planning is a bidirectional planning. It is a combination of the approaches Top-Down and Bottom-Up. Planning is both top-down and bottom-up. Differences between both directions are continuously coordinated and attuned.

This planning method brings into the system important feedback, but it is more difficult to managers’ work and their time.
