What is TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers' Associations)
TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers' Associations) is an European organization of national valuers' associations.

TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers’ Associations) is an European organization of national valuers’ associations.

The basic aim of the organization TEGoVA is to publish universally agreed standards for the assets valuation and their subsequent implementation, both in the EU and in the emerging countries of Central and Eastern Europe. European Valuation Standards (EVS), commonly known as the “Blue Book” has become the hallmark of valuation practice in recent years. It is an essential document for the market valuation of property (assets).

International Valuation Standards were developed in close cooperation between the IVSC (International Valuation Standards Council) and TEGoVA. On the recommendation of TEGoVA is recommended for EU countries to use standards IVS (International Valuation Standards) in cases where it is met compatibility with the rights and procedures of the EU, including EVS (European Valuation Standards).
