Tax Advice

Tax Advice (or Tax Consulting) is a term that refers to one of the services of the tertiary sector and belongs to the Advice, Legal and Expert Services. Tax advisor is entitled to exercise tax advice. It relates to the provision of legal assistance and economic and financial advice in matters of taxes, fees and other similar payments, as well as in matters directly related to taxes (e.g. accounting, etc.).

Tax Advice in practice: Tax advice, respectively services of tax advisors are used by entrepreneurs for several reasons:

• Control of accounting for tax purposes and decisions which costs can be used as tax deductible (under current laws)
• See to deadlines of tax returns
• Communication with tax authorities and representation during inspections
