SSME (Service Science, Management, and Engineering)

Service Science, Management, and Engineering, usually the abbreviation SSME is used. It is not a specific method or methodology, but rather a use of multidisciplinary science, management and engineering disciplines with a focus on services. In this activity are involved universities, service users and service providers, including the services of the state. The output is syllabus, research and its conclusions. SSME is a multidisciplinary environment, including management, processes, models, as well as science and technology, and also soft skills - team communication, behavior in the community, working with people, etc.
