Soft workflow

Soft workflow is such a workflow which allows the participants have some deliberation in making decisions and steps, but the system records all actions done. It can be later checked and documented whether someone has exceeded the authority or not. Soft workflow is opposite to the so-called hard workflow that prevents users from doing anything other than is specified in the workflow rules.
