Sociogram is a graphic processing of the results of the sociometric survey (sociometry), which shows the relationship between the members of the study group and their quality. Graphically are distinguished:
- Positive direction relationships - e.g. solid line arrow
- No direction relationships - no linkage, i.e. no arrow
- Negative direction relationships - e.g. dashed line arrow
From sociogram are immediately apparent following characteristic results:
- Friendly relationship - mutual positive choice between two individuals
- Antagonistic relationship - mutual negative choice between two individuals
- Star, leader - especially gets positive choices
- Opposition leader - a person with the second highest number of positive choices (it also depends on the relationship with the leader)
- “Black Sheep” - especially gets the negative choices
- “Gray mouse” - the person distributing choices, but that alone does not receive any
- “Hedgehog” - gives mainly negative choices
- Isolate - a person who does not get any choice
