SCOR Model (Supply Chain Operations Reference-model) is a process reference model, which is considered the de-facto standard in industrial companies that solve their supply chains.
SCOR model has been developed by a non-profit organization The Supply Chain Council. The basis of SCOR model are the three pillars formed by the reference models:
- Process Reference Model, which consists from 5 parts:
- Plan
- Source
- Make
- Deliver
- Return
- Performance Measurements, which includes more than 150 key performance indicators
