Robert J. Sternberg
Robert Jeffrey Sternberg
Robert J. Sternberg was born on December 8, 1949. He received the doctorate at Stanford University. He is the current leading cognitive psychologist and author of Triarchic theory of intelligence.
He was formerly the Dean of Arts and Sciences at Tufts University, IBM Professor of Psychology and Education at Yale University, and the President of the American Psychological Association. He is a member of the editorial boards of numerous journals, including American Psychologist.
