Qualification is a term used in human resources management. Qualification is a broader term than the concept of education. Education is part of the qualification (qualification may be a practice). Qualification (from Latin Qualis, what, and Facer, do) means evaluation, assessment, or finding of capability. The qualification can also be understood as a formal certificate of the outputs of learning and education.
Use of the qualification in practice: For organizations, the requirements for qualification of workers are one of the basic needs - each position (profession) has certain requirements for the qualifications and competence of the worker, from unskilled workers to highly skilled. Workers either deepen their skills (continuous refilling, maintenance, and renewal) or increase them (gaining new qualification or its substantial extension). High level of education and professional qualification is usually associated with obtaining a professional certificate.
