Use of the process audit in practice: Process audit may be focused on the entire organization or only on the selected parts of the organization (selected processes). To target the processes involved in the audit, a process map is often used. Process audit is usually carried out by the group of experts or an external company, which, in accordance with the definition of the term audit, use a reference model or experience to which it compares to the reality. Within the process audit it is used one of the methods for process analysis.
