What is Principle of Emergence
The principle of emergence in systems says that phenomena descripted at the level of the basic units of the system are qualitative different from phenomena arising from the interaction of these units among themselves within the subsystems or whole system.

Emergence means arising, appearance, evolution.

Principle of emergence in systems says that phenomena described at the level of the basic units of the system are qualitative different from phenomena arising from the interaction of these units among themselves within the subsystems or whole system.

The essence of the application of the principle of emergence in the organization is understanding organization as a system composed of different parts (units, subsystems).

At the level of the whole organization as a complex socio-economic system there appear phenomena of different quality than, for example at the level of individual human subjects, individual jobs, organizational units, teams, processes, and other units and subsystems of the organization.
