PgMP® (Program Management Professional) is a designation for the level of skills required not only for project management but also for program management according to the PMI Project Management certification program.

PgMP certification in practice: Program Management Professional is the first certificate showing skills both in project management, and program management, which is designed for project managers. Objectively, PgMP certification holders reach better remuneration than their uncertified counterparts. Prerequisite for obtaining this certification is the fulfillment of the conditions of experience, education and expertise and passing rigorous assessment process of candidate’s application form for certification and three evaluations. Certifications CAPM, PMP or PMI-SP are not for PgMP certification required. PgMP Certification increases candidate’s value in the labor market.
