I'm a professional specialist of vehicle product quality and improvement for Corporate Quality of Fiat Group Automobiles.

My qualifications in this position also include the following:

 Support the process of objectives definition and deployment.
 Develop quality evaluation methodologies and promote their implementation developing proper tools and planning.
 Coordinate competitors' benchmark and analysis, planning benchmarks activities.
 Assure quality levels in test execution, plan and support professional skills enhancement, in compliance with corporate procedures.

I'm looking after about these topics since 2005 travelling around 7 EMEA plants.

In my previous position, since 2001, as suppliers supervisor I was in charge of the incoming parts quality from more than 70 suppliers from Europe, Asia ad America.

My extensive experience in 2 large company has given me an overall knowledge of planning, training and managing of human resources and good communication and negotiation skills both in English and Italian.

I’d like work with world best carmaker and explore new challenges where I'll be able to bring my experience and my knowledge in high level Quality management and problem solving.
