Pedagogy is a science discipline, that deals with the keystone, patterns and structure of discipline, learning and education as a goal-directed and systematic activities that form personality and knowledge of a man.It belongs to social science and arts , and other fields of science, as psychology or sociology that make right in it.
Currently it neither exists a common approach of pedagogy, nor unanimity of its main purpose. As a science discipline, it has different approach of various authors of developing and theoretic ways even according to cultural orientation that is distinctive for each state or territory. Pedagogy deals with everything that creates any educational environment, processes, that are realized in the environment and with results and effects of these. Pedagogy reveals patterns of discipline and education and deals with education in different age periods, different ways and forms of discipline and education.
Pedagogy provides a number of incentives for educational activities for all educational and training workers and its theoretical conclusions are implemented in the fields of education , economic decisions and obviously, in out-of school and business training. For organizations and enterprises isn’t only the importance of pedagogy in high quality training of graduates, but pedagogical elements as a science discipline are currently used in training and developing skills and competences of people in organizations.
