Michael Armstrong graduated from the London School of Economics. He is a leading representative of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a partner of the Institute of Management Consultancy. He has more than 25 years of practical experience in human resource management. For 12 years he was HR Director and for another 10 years he has been taking experience as a divisional director of Coopers & Lybrand. He has published a number of books and publications in the field of human resources management. The results of his experience and publishing activities in topics of strategic human resource management, remuneration and job evaluation are used by many personnel departments around the world.
