Management by Objectives, the abbreviation MBO is used. It was designed by Peter F. Drucker as a method based on setting and mutual agreement of the objectives and evaluating the success of their achievement. The task implementers is allowed to decide which method is most appropriate to achieve the objective. It is a delegation of responsibility for the objective to the implementer. The method is applicable in virtually all management fields.
