Luther Gulick
Luther Gulick was born on January 17, 1892 in Osaka, Japan and died on January 10, 1993 in Vermont, USA. In his time, he was a leading American expert in management and public administration. He is a co-author, together with Lyndall F. Urwick of the concept of managerial functions POSDCoRB.
