JavaScript is an interpreted, cross-platform, object-oriented programming language. It is used on the website, entered directly into the HTML, is dependent on the browser (it does not work without it, it is the client script) and the user can disable its use. With JavaScript, web pages become dynamic, can communicate with the user.
JavaScript has a syntax similar to Java and C++. It is sometimes erroneously confused with Java.
JavaScript was developed by Netscape Communications.
What is JavaScript for in practice?
JavaScript is widely used for creating web pages and web applications, allowing them to add dynamic features such as the effect of pressing the button, the form data evaluation, calculation, different flash effects or simple games.
