What is Enterprise
Enterprise is a term characterizing the organization established and doing business for profit.

Enterprise is a term characterizes an organization established and doing business for profit. Near significance has a term firm, which indicates a business name, usually in the form of a company, i.e. by legally supported existence (registered). The enterprise is therefore more general expression for an economic or business organization that brings people together for the purpose of producing goods or services. It may therefore also include a family business or a students business, which may not have legal status. Each enterprise must be managed somehow.

The enterprise is in economics and law defined as a set of tangible as well as personal and intangible business components. To the enterprise belong things, rights and other assets, that are used for operating the business or by their nature they serve this purpose. Enterprise therefore means a unit used for business activities within a single business entity.
