Confidentiality is the concept of security management in the organization. Confidentiality means that information or data is to be accessed only by authorized persons. Violation of confidentiality is referred to as unwanted disclosure.
Solving confidentiality in practice: Every organization deals with access to information by authorized persons, at least at the level of authority and responsibility arising from job descriptions. If it is necessary to distinguish the degree of confidentiality of information, organizations use the classified information schemes which distribute information from freely available to the confidential information.
