Vysoká škola polytechnická Jihlava
The College of Polytechnics Jihlava (VŠPJ) was established in 2004 as the first public college of a non-university type in the Czech Republic and is the only public college in the Vysočina region.The College of Polytechnics Jihlava is a public institution for higher education providing accredited Bachelor´s study programmes with the duration of six semesters and follow-up Master´s programmes of 4 semesters. The study programmes taught at the College offer a well-balanced combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in accordance with the needs of regional labour market. One semester-long placement is a significant part of the Bachelor´s programmes. Although the language of instruction is Czech, some courses are offered in foreign languages.
