Coaching is one of the on the job training methods. The educated worker is assigned to a coach who leads his education. Coaching can be understood as a long-term supervision and support provided by the coach. The content and intensity of training is flexible to change according to current needs and continually achieved learning outcomes. The disadvantage may be some non systematic coaching.
Use of the coaching in practice: Coaching method can not be used in all situations and on all types of workers. It is especially suited for workers and teams who are oriented to results.
