Hi, I am now actively looking for, a proper charge calculator for my Chevy Bolt. I want to replace my old charger, with a newer one. To make it charge faster, I’m also changing the outlets and power circuit in the garage. Here’s what I want to know approximately how much it would cost to charge my car if I used a different type of charging station and different outlets.

The cost of consumption does not change, you consume the same amount of electricity as on the first level chargers. There is a very big change in the charging speed of the car. Especially if you use 50 amp chargers and outlets like Nema 14-50. Here is the detailed Charging Cost Calculator on the Chevy Bolt https://evadept.com/calc/chevy-bolt-charging-cost-calculator You can roughly set the scores the way you will. Charging speed increases proportionally of course. The cost doesn't change. I, for example, pay about $8 to fully charge my car.

Great, thanks for the calculator you provided. The best part is that the charging rate goes up, and I can charge the car for about 27 miles in 1 hour of charging.
