Stakeholders

Stakeholders are individuals, groups or other organizations somehow tied with an organization. Usually include:

• Consumers
• Employees
• Management
• Owners
• Suppliers
• Public sector

Furthermore the stakeholders can include:

• Creditors
• Partners (cooperating companies)
• Surrounding companies (CSR - Corporate Social Responsibility)

Stakeholders of the organization can be divided into:

• Internal – staff, management, owners directly involved in the management of the organization
• External – customers, owners directly not involved in the management of the organization, suppliers, creditors, partners, surrounding companies – they are a part of surroundings of the organization
