Revenue

Revenue is the sum of cash, which a business receives from all of its activities (production of goods or services) for a certain period. Revenue is divided into:

  • Operating revenue - derived from the operational and economic activity - sales of goods or services
  • Financial revenue - derived from financial investments, securities, deposits, etc.
  • Extraordinary revenue - particularly gained, such as the sale of written off equipment

Revenue together with costs make financial result.
