Unless expressly stated otherwise, copyright for texts, graphics or other materials protected by copyright, which are published on the server Managementmania.com, carries the Publisher.
Publisher publishes technical articles focusing on management on the Internet and printed periodical and non-periodical publications. Contributions intended for publication on the server Managementmania.com should be mostly original and previously unpublished elsewhere. Publisher does not prevent publishing older texts, if their content is beneficial to target a server and it will fit into its concept. Contributions intended for publication are formed especially from authorial articles and contributions to the wiki sections of the server, and discussion sections.
Authorial Articles

The contribution is accepted for publication when the Publisher sends to the sender, as the author of the contribution, confirmation that he agrees with its publication. At this moment the publisher becomes non-exclusive license to reproduce and distribute the contribution by him published electronic or print media, including the right to translation and publication in another language than the original contribution. Publisher publishes contributions according to own editorial needs, including identifying the media, sections, links, bookmarks, links and related languages. Individual authors transmit contributions to the publisher for publication usually without the royalty. Any royalties are always dealt by agreement between the author and the Publisher.
Sharing actual content and information
In the sections designated for collective content creation (Experiences and Opinions) as well as in sections intended for discussion, Managementmania.com server users can publish their content and information. In case of content protected by copyright a user grants to the publisher non-exclusive, unrestricted in time or locally, transferable right to use published content free of charge, modify, merge with other copyright works or other content and distribute it through electronic and printed media. A person, who has provided personal information, has the right to request the publisher to exclude his or her personal data from processing.
Registration
User’s personal information, obtained mainly in their registration, is protected and handled strictly in accordance with applicable law. By completing the registration, the user agrees to the inclusion of all personal data (hereinafter “Data“) to the database of the Operator as an administrator, and its subsequent processing by the processor or for the purpose of the contract and for marketing purposes of the Operator, i.e. offering products and services, including sending information about events, products and other activities, as well as sending commercial communications by electronic means pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll., for the withdrawal of consent (for a maximum period of 10 years) with the fact that these data can be assigned to other data. Client acknowledges that he has rights according to § 11, 21 of the Act. No. 101/2000 Coll., i.e. in particular that providing information is voluntary, he may without payment his consent in writing at any time withdraw on the Operator address, has the right to access personal data and the right to correct such personal data, block incorrect personal data, its liquidation, etc. In case of doubt about respect for the rights by administrator, Client may refer to the Operator and alternatively with the stimulus may also contact directly the Office for Personal Data Protection, based Pplk.
