Project team is a name for all persons involved in the implementation of the project. They are researchers, project management including project manager, steering committee members and people actively supporting the project. The project team is generally appointed across the organizational structure in accordance with the matrix organizational structure. Each project team member has a role in the project and his job is according to that specified, and each project team member has also a defined authority and responsibility.
