Intellectual capital consists of stocks and flows of knowledge within the organization. The intellectual capital of the organization includes:
- Human Capital
- Organizational (structural) Capital
- Social Capital
There are other concepts of intellectual capital - for example, Karl Erik Sveiby devides it into:
- Human capital - skills, abilities and experience of people - at the level of individuals and teams
- Structural capital - financial registered patents, designs, licenses, software
- Customer capital - social relationships with customers, their loyalty, etc.
