Intellectual Capital

Intellectual capital consists of stocks and flows of knowledge within the organization. The intellectual capital of the organization includes:

  • Human Capital
  • Organizational (structural) Capital
  • Social Capital

Intellectual Capital

There are other concepts of intellectual capital - for example, Karl Erik Sveiby devides it into:

  • Human capital - skills, abilities and experience of people - at the level of individuals and teams
  • Structural capital - financial registered patents, designs, licenses, software
  • Customer capital - social relationships with customers, their loyalty, etc.
