Project schedule is the designation for the project time plan that contains an implementation sequence of individual activities, planned implementation date of these activities and key milestones of the project. Project schedule is in practice usually expressed in the form of the Gantt chart. To optimize the project schedule it can be used different methods of network analysis.
Project schedule is usually part of the project plan that is broader in the content and in addtitioin to the project schedule it also includes other requirements.
